The prayas committee, enthusiastically carries out social welfare projects & fired by this zeal, always extends a helping hand to those in need.

A picnic for 1000 under-privileged children is organised every year in which 10 to 12 orphanages participate. The students of Jyotirmai Vidya Mandir also take part in it. Breakfast & Lunch are provided to them, exciting games are organised & at the time of departure, each child is given a gift hamper donated by the club.
